When you disembark from the ship, you will be at Akti Ethnikis Antistaseos Street (Akti Papagou) on the port. Follow the road to Ano Syros. Drive to Alekou Panagouli Street
(ATTENTION: in order to be sure that you are following the correct direction make sure that the old Fire Department building is on your right. The street sign with the name ‘Alekou Panagouli Street’ is on the wall of the Fire Department building. Do not drive parallel to the port).

Alekou Panagouli Street is very short, and while still going straight you will pass by the EFKA (ΕΦΚΑ) building (once called ‘IKA’ building) which you will see on your left, and the pharmacy of Eleni Armakola (Ελένη Αρμακόλα) which you will see on your right. Without turning to any other road, you will already be driving on Andrea Papandreou (Lalakia) Street.
Keep driving on Andrea Papandreou Street which is not completely straight. Do not turn anywhere and keep driving. You will drive underneath a bridge, and soon after you will see a pink building on a corner called ‘Mini Market To perivoli tou Mathiou’ (Μίνι Μάρκετ Το περιβόλι του Μαθιού) (former Mini Market Manolis); do not pass by it.
You will turn right, so that you have the mini market on your left. Almost immediately you will find yourselves in Kapodistriou Street, where you have to turn left, and, almost immediately, turn right to Riga Ferraiou Street, where you may park in the space with the trees, but also around them. This route takes about 3 minutes.
To continue to the apartments on foot, turn right to Papaglika Street. At the end of Papaglika Street turn left to Solomou Street and continue to its end. There you will find Omirou Street; turn right and walk where the apartments are located on your left.

There are quite a lot of steps in the route, and in case you have heavy luggage it might be a little difficult to come on foot. If so, you might prefer to take a taxi. You are going to find a taxi station on your right as you come out of the ship.
Tell the driver to leave you in Kapodistriou (Καποδιστρίου) and Solomou Street (Σολωμού), in front of the first tree steps on the left, just before the bakery.

Climb the three steps, walk straight (70 meters). in Solomou Street.. There you will find Omirou Street; turn right and walk where the apartments are located on your left.
The minimum price for the taxi is 3.72 euros but, from the port, they usually take up to 6 euros depending on the luggage. The journey by taxi lasts about 3 minutes.
In case you do not manage to catch one of the taxis already in the port, you may call Syros Taxis Ermis at (+30) 2281084222 or Syros Taxi at (+30) 2281088222.
In case you decide to take a taxi you may also contact us when you get in the taxi, so that we can tell the driver where to leave you and wait for you there.

Map (on foot)
When you disembark from the ship, the street you will be on is called Akti Papagou Street. Continue walking along the harbor on Αkti Papagou Street (to your right, as you come out of the ship).
While walking, you are going to come across Ethnikis Antistasis Street (it is the same road as Akti Papagou, just the name changes). Turn left on Chiou Street (the street with the greengrocery stores and the market).

Walk on Chiou Street until you see Miaouli Square on your right.
Keep going past the square, while still being on Chiou Street, and then turn left on the 1st street past the Square ~ Mitropolitou Antoni Politi Street (Mitr. Ant.. Politi Street); walk for about 70 meters, and then climb some steps and you will see a playground on your right side, a Church ahead of you, and a garden on your left. Keep going up the road between the garden and the Church.
When the road ends keep going up the stairs and turn right up the step-street – walking past the Metamorphosis Church on your right side; you will be on Omirou Street.
While walking up Omirou Street, Metamorphosis Church (at the corner) will still be on your right side. Walk upstairs in Omirou Street until you find our apartments (on your right); the apartments are located about 75 meters away from the Church. The journey lasts about 20 minutes.
